Best Underground Techno Parties at ADE 2026: 25 Picks

By the If It Ain't Dutch Editorial Team · Updated 16 October 2026 · 9 min read

Live guide: line-ups, times and ticket status were checked against official ADE, venue and promoter pages on the afternoon of 16 October 2026. Ticket status changes fast, so always confirm on the official link before you buy.

Every year someone asks us the same question: "If you could only do five nights, which ones?" With more than 1,300 events on the 30th-anniversary programme, the honest answer is that the best ADE nights are rarely the biggest. They're the eight-hour sets in rooms of 600 people, the label birthdays, the afterhours in an old prison.

So here are our 25 underground picks for ADE 2026 — techno first, with a few electro, house and leftfield detours where the line-up earns it. Every event is verified against the official ADE, RA or venue page, and the label on each card shows today's ticket status. Sold-out nights are included on purpose: official resale queues move more than you'd think during ADE week.

Want the full list, including the big stages? It's all in our ADE 2026 hub and our day-by-day ADE 2026 timetable.

Still on sale: our top 10 you can actually buy today

1. Klockworks 20 Years — the label birthday

Twenty years of Ben Klock's label, with Klock and DVS1 heading a nine-hour run. This is also one of the last big nights at TILLATEC, which closes for good in November — go for the history as much as the music.

2. fabric x Loud-Contact — the heavyweight bill

Jeff Mills, Marcel Dettmann and Helena Hauff on one ticket, plus FJAAK live. Two rooms at Westergas, a short walk from the Gashouder — good if you want to bounce between venues.

3. Dave Clarke Presents: 30 Years of ADE

The anniversary special for people who prefer electro and EBM to big-room drops. DJ Stingray 313 b2b DJ Mell G and DJ Godfather b2b Von Di are the sleeper sets.

4. Vault Sessions — day and night at TILLATEC

KiNK live in the afternoon, DJ Nobu and D.Dan through to 09:00. If you want one Thursday that covers both sides of hypnotic techno, this is it.

5. DJ Bone presents FURTHER x Homeless Homies

Four rooms, 40+ artists, Detroit royalty (Kevin Saunderson, DJ Bone, DJ Godfather) and Helena Hauff — and all ticket profit goes to housing funds for people experiencing homelessness. Starts at 11:00, so you can still go out on Friday night.

6. Patrick Mason pres. MASONICS

Wednesday at Lofi with DJ Rush. Chicago jack and acid at peak-time pace — a perfect way to open the week.

7. Avalon Emerson presents 9000 Dreams

Electro, breaks and dreamy techno inside the old Bijlmerbajes prison complex. Aurora Halal b2b Sedef Adası is worth arriving early for.

8. Disturbia x Soundcora

Efdemin, John Talabot and Cassy in a 12-hour minimal and deep-techno session that finishes at 11:00 on Saturday. Afterhours energy, without having to find one.

9. FSTM ADE Take Over

Helena Hauff, Eris Drew, Ryan Elliott, DJ Masda and Call Super from 13:00 on Sunday. Daylight, electro, and you're home by 01:00.

10. Intercell x SPFDJ Invites

SPFDJ plays 03:30–05:30, and the whole night gains an hour when the clocks go back at 03:00. Fast, acid-tinged and still on sale.

Sold out — join the official resale queue

These are already gone at face value, but they're the nights people will talk about. RA's resale queue and TicketSwap (which caps resale prices) are the only safe routes — never buy from a stranger in a comment thread. Our tickets & resale guide explains how.

11. SPIELRAUM: 55 HOURS

The marathon of the week: 55 non-stop hours at club RAUM with DVS1, Luke Slater, Rødhåd, Miss Kittin & The Hacker, Djrum and Octo Octa. 21+. More marathons in our afterhours guide.

12. Intercell x Oscar Mulero Invites

Deep, industrial, uncompromising — Mulero at his best in a former prison.

13. Rush Hour at Lofi

Amsterdam's most important house label with Ron Trent and Soichi Terada's live AV show. A Saturday afternoon for the heads.

14. Phono Lake with Moodymann

Detroit soul and house on a Saturday night. Enough said.

15. Ogazón invites Freddy K & Rene Wise

A Friday morning three-way b2b from 08:30 at BRET. Raw, fast, and 21+.

16. Speedy J presents STOOR Live

The Dutch live-techno legend's hardware jam, with Rødhåd, JakoJako and Lady Starlight in Paradiso's main hall. The Sunday edition still had last tickets at the time of writing.

The rest of our 25

17. LABYRINTH 1 Year Anniversary

Marcel Dettmann plus three live acts and the extra hour from the clock change — ten hours of deep techno at RADION.

18. RAUM invites Clone Records

Rotterdam's Clone label in full: electro, Detroit techno and Serge behind the decks.

19. Somov at Levenslang: Rrose & Fadi Mohem

Rrose live and Fadi Mohem in an afternoon-to-night session. Hypnotic, slow-burning, and €25.

20. Madam invites: Detroit Love

Carl Craig b2b Matthew Dear and Kyle Hall on the 20th floor of the A'DAM Toren on Saturday, then a Sunday-sunrise session with Kevin Saunderson and Carl Craig. The view is unbeatable.

21. Kompakt

Michael Mayer and Robag Wruhme at NDSM. Cologne minimal and the warmest house of the week.

22. Frenzy x RAW

Two local crews at RADION on Wednesday. Nastia b2b Mac Declos is the headline set.

23. DAYCARE

Tommy Four Seven at BRET on Saturday. Proper techno, small room.

24. Shanti Celeste curates VBX

Shanti Celeste and Mor Elian at Skatecafe on Thursday. Deep house into techno, early finish.

25. Jane Fitz curates VBX: Secret Warehouse

Jane Fitz b2b Richard Fearless in a warehouse whose location is only revealed to ticket holders. The most "underground" thing on the programme.
