6. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand which ADE guides, events and ticket links are useful, so we can improve the site. Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager and runs in "consent mode": until you choose Accept all in the cookie bar, no analytics cookies are set and Google only receives anonymous, cookieless signals (page visited, approximate country, no identifier that follows you between visits).

If you accept, Google Analytics stores the _ga and _ga_* cookies on your device for up to 2 years to recognise returning visits; data is retained for 14 months, IP addresses are not logged, Google Signals and advertising features are switched off, and we do not use the data for advertising or share it with third parties other than Google as our processor. If you choose Only necessary, nothing is stored by Google.

Your choice itself is kept in your browser's local storage (iiadim_consent) for 12 months and is strictly necessary, so it needs no consent. You can change it at any time via Cookie settings in the footer, and you can also block cookies in your browser. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, art. 11.7a Telecommunicatiewet).
