This article is from ADE 2026. For this year's edition — dates, 147 verified events and live ticket status — see the ADE 2026 hub.

Live guide: line-ups, times and ticket status were checked against official ADE, venue and promoter pages on the afternoon of 16 October 2026. Ticket status changes fast, so always confirm on the official link before you buy.

By night ADE is a city-wide club festival. By day it's what ADE calls the world's largest business gathering for electronic music. ADE Pro 2026 — the 30th-anniversary conference — runs Wednesday 21 to Saturday 24 October, and its programme was completed on 1 October.

Whether you're an artist, label owner, promoter or just curious (the parties are in our ADE 2026 hub), this is what's confirmed, what the pass gets you, and how to decide if it's worth it.

Who's speaking at ADE Pro 2026

The headline session: Jean-Michel Jarre

ADE's guest of honour gives an exclusive keynote interview and joins "Music & Machines: A Conversation Between Artists from Different Generations" with Armin van Buuren, Lady Starlight and JakoJako. It's the anniversary year's signature panel: 50 years of Oxygène meeting the modular and hardware generation. The exact room and time weren't published when we checked, so look it up in the ADE app. Read more in our Jean-Michel Jarre at ADE 2026 spotlight.

Themes and focus regions

The 2026 programme focuses on technology and AI, collective action, market consolidation and growing scenes in Brazil, MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa.

The strands inside ADE Pro

  • ADE Green (Fri 23 Oct, Felix Meritis): music, sustainability and social change. Pro Pass only.
  • ADE Culture Hub (Sat 24 Oct, Felix Meritis): this year's theme is MC culture, with 20 Years of Grime in NL (Q&A, cypher and a film premiere), a Busy Signal Q&A, DJ Scratch, Sofiya Nzau and Gowtu. Open to Pro Pass and ADE Lab On Track holders.
  • ADE Startups: included in the Pro Pass.
  • ADE Lab: separate from Pro. ADE Lab On Track is the paid, application-only academy (applications have closed); ADE Lab Discovery is free — see our free ADE 2026 guide.

What the ADE Pro Pass includes

According to ADE's tickets page, the 2026 Pro Pass gives you:

  • All Pro, Green, Culture Hub and Startups sessions
  • The Business Hubs, networking and matchmaking (book "Meet The…" sessions in the app)
  • Access to festival and Arts & Culture events subject to capacity — ADE itself recommends buying a ticket for any night you can't miss
  • The ADE Pro database in the ADE app, year-round
  • Five days of free GVB public transport (activated in the GVB app)
  • A VIP area at Dockyard x Mystic Garden, the 30th-anniversary bag, on-demand 2025 sessions, a 7-day eSIM and 7 days of Basic-Fit access

Passes are personal (photo ID at pickup) and can't be resold. You can pay in instalments via Klarna or PayPal.

Is the ADE Pro Pass worth it?

Yes, if you work in music — artists with a release plan, label and agency people, promoters, tech founders. In our experience the real value is the matchmaking and the hallway conversations, not the panels — go in with a list of people you want to meet.

Probably not, if you're mainly coming to party. The pass doesn't guarantee entry to club nights, and €795 buys a lot of tickets. Do the free ADE Lab Discovery instead.

Tips if you go:

  1. Fill your profile in the ADE app before you land and request meetings on day one — calendars fill fast.
  2. Pick up your pass on Tuesday 20 October (Felix Meritis 14:00–20:00, or Stromma Pier 6 by Centraal until 22:00) to skip Wednesday's queue.
  3. Pace the nights. Panels start in the morning; budget sleep for the days you have meetings.
  4. Use the free GVB travel to reach the club nights in Noord, Sloterdijk and Zuidoost — see our getting-around guide.
